Having been a student of Japanese Martial Arts. I was fascinated
by the way of the Samurai, and was introduced to my first 'sword'
by my Karate 'sensei'. I bought my first 'sword' in 1965, and from
then on the bug got me, and I started to collect 'swords' and
'sword fittings'.
I have been a collector for over 50 years, and also a sword dealer
for over 30 years. I had a unit in one of the antique centres in
London's Bond Street, and specialised in Swords, Japanese
Armour, Sword Fittings (Tsuba, Fuchi-Kashira, Kodzuka,
Kogai, Menuki, etc.).
